Pros

The culture is really chill, tons of super smart people, very friendly. You learn a lot and if you're into electronics, you will become a master of how they're made and how they work. It's neat stuff! And they offer really great benefits like profit sharing, employee share purchase program and 4% 401k matching.

Cons

Sometimes it can be easy to just get by and not do a lot of work. Since the whole place is cubicles, I felt like it was hard to collaborate and meet others around me.

Pros

Very good for out of school new Hires, Starting salary is excellent

Cons

Since starting salary is good, raise is poor. since Texas instrument the only major semiconductor company in Dallas area, the pay raises for 6+ years experience is POOR. internal transfer are difficult, hence feeling of suffocation and hitting a plateau is common for 6+ years of experience folks also because company does not invest in development.
