Pros

The only good thing about TI is it's a good training environment if you want to go under a lot of pressure and be a diamond on the next company you will work for.

Cons

Low salary. Unclear scope of work. They will treat you like a robot. Be forced to dedicate all your time even if they do not pay for overtime work.
