Pros

Great work flexibility, work from home at least once a week. Good co-workers and team environment, long hallway to take mile long walks daily. Great benefits, 20 days off per year starting, not including holidays. Coverage of graduate degree.

Cons

Can have some toxic leadership in upper management. We've had turnover in our Business Unit as a result of people getting burned out. I've been isolated to that thanks to my manager.

Pros

Starting pay is high for new coming graduates

Cons

Management is messy. Bad career progression. A lot of politics. Work life balance sucks, no OT. No proper training/guidance.

Pros

Expanding company and leader in the industry. Company is on the leading edge of innovation and aggressively pursuing new opportunities. Great programs for co-ops and new college grads.

Cons

Being heavily poached by competitors. Company leadership has fallen back into a lot of the pre-covid mentalities that reduce their competitiveness in keeping skilled and tenured people. Leadership is so heavily focused on the new employees that tenured employees feel like they get forgotten. Training has become piecemeal because so many experts and tenured employees have left.
