Pros

Great Team, chance to live my hobbies at work. Team focussing both on technical details and efficient execution. Still flexible in many ascpects, despite being a large company.

Cons

Occasionall interest in self-profiling of own team vs. (internally) competing teams, and see someone re-inventing the wheel just because no one happened to know the first solution.
