Pros

Good knowledge sharing, good technical environment, good relationship with peers.

Cons

Promotion opportunities extremely limited. Opportunities to young engineers almost non-existant. Amazingly a company with this much brain power promotes managers based on seniority and not performance nor knowledge. Promotion criteria completely wrong.

They strongly promote work-life balance. You also have the option to work from home.
