Pros

RSUs if you dont get laid off before they vest

Cons

Frequent layoffs, eliminating roles, outsourcing, comp not competitive, leadership is in an echo chamber, feels like dysfunctional family dynamic, work hours can range from 7am to 10:30pm, 5 days a week in person, understaffed

Pros

Salaries are pretty good and lots of good folks working here

Cons

Company is run by complete idiots with no technical expertise. This is a tech company, but upper management constantly is chasing hype instead of real revenue opportunities. Not to mention upper management doesn't give a darn about technical talent and has laid off most of its technical expertise
