Pros

The opportunity for career growth at TI and the benefit of continuing education tuition assistance is a plus. Also, being able to work only "1/2" a year because of "shift" work allows individuals to spend more time at home or go to school and get paid as a "full" time employee. With shift work you get 'paid" time and a half after 8hrs.

Cons

Working at a fab out of Dallas can limit your opportunity for growth due to limit of job openings.

Pros

Quite rare in the Israel Hi Tech industry, as understand the value of family.

Cons

All what I wrote is true beside the sales department.
