      A high workload with high expectations for relatively bland compensation package.

      Pros

      Within the development/product groups, there really isn't that much politics going on. This really allows you to focus on getting your job done well. It also makes for a very good collaborative spirit.

      Cons

      TI has a very flat structure, so trying to stand out and getting promotions can be difficult.
