Overall a very good brand name, good place to work, enough good people around to learn and increase your knowledge.

Cons

Loosing projects and customers at a fast pace, getting into technical ladder difficult, overall promotions and pay hikes may not be good.

The company has good philosophy of treating employer in a respectful manner. The management is somewhat slow in certain aspect.

Cons

Tight budget sometime makes team to cut corners which may not be good thing in the long run. Management should pay attention to this.

Variety of job opportunies is quite high. Also it offers some job stability.

Cons

The work environment is a bit depressing. The facilities are old and a bit dark. A renovation would be greatly appreciated.
