Highly ethical company at the most management levels World semiconductor company Profit sharing and stock options Internal job transfers let you create your own opportunities

Cons

Reluctant to resource projects especially in software Hardware focus with no clue how to make money on software Places to much emphasis on outsourcing and offshoring to reduce cost

1. Large organization. Plenty of opportunities 2. Broad spectrum of semiconductor products 3. Relatively stable among semiconductor companies. good place for a long career.

Cons

1. Very traditional management style. 2. Not a particularly high energy place. Can get frustarting if you are a go-getter.
