Pros

Smart, Hard Workers can be rewarded with more responsibilities and higher pay. Also, there are so many different groups within the company it is fairly easy to move around if the current position is not ideal.

Cons

Like any large company, you occasionally bang your head against the wall when trying to achieve goals with different approaches than the norm of the machine. Politics come in to play more than necessary.

Pros

It is a great work environment, highly collaborative, good work/life balance, reasonable compensation, challenging topics to work on, cutting edge technology.

Cons

Growth opportunities are limited, maturing industry, so focus is shifting from technology to financial aspects of the business. Talent grooming could use improvement.

Pros

- Friendly and Smart Co-workers - Reasonable accountability - Nice IT resources - Ethics Dept

Cons

- Large variation in experience depending on dept. or supervisor. - Some Jobs seen to have "set asides" to fill them - Women seem to be current initiative to be promoted for gender rather than performance. - Too many MBAs working to keep payscales looking good, but at/ below averages.
