Pros

People there are nice and approachable. You can have a hot discussion on problems with your supervisor if your points are reasonable.

Not enough technical training programs for the co-ops at the beginning No on campus cafe in Germantown

Pros

TI is a technology leader and the work environment is professional and fun. There is plenty of opportunity to change jobs and move upward.

Cons

TI seems to try to get by with the fewest people possible to get the work done so the workload is quite high.

Great Pay.Easy at work.Great location

People are nerdy,but very helpful.They are tremendous opportunities for growth within the company.Although graduate degree helps to work better projects.Summer interns in ECE usually work on algorithms
