Great place to learn and grow

Pros

TI offers so many different opportunities in one place, lots of flexibility to try new roles and take on different challenges. Great colleagues who always want to help, very open discussions. High standard of ethics.

Cons

It's a big company, so things can sometimes move slowly. You need to be persistent to make things happen here. Leaders can sometimes be too customer focused.

Feedback is a Major Problem

Pros

- You have the freedom and flexibility to move around to other parts of the company based on interests and business need - Stable company - Casual work environment and dress code

Cons

- Feedback mechanisms were awful. Do not expect to get good feedback on your performance. - Ongoing feedback is almost non-existent - If you enjoy dressing in a more business professional attire, this is not the company for you. - Unless you have some engineering experience, be prepared for a steep learning curve when trying to learn about the lingo, jargon, businesses of TI
