Pros

Work culture is very good and obviously the salary is very nice .Work -life balance is fine and its very light working environment

Cons

You may have to wait for long hours when product release is nearby, but that happens almost in every firm in this industry

A lot of facilities given early in the job, work-life balance with Texins (Texas Sports Club), Ample opportunitites

Cons

A very long technical and management ladder to climb, Less recognition due to huge number of employees
