Pros

Get exposure to end to end silicon development right from the Customer requirements till the RTM. You will be working closely with cross functional teams. Everyday will be new learning and challenges and that makes this job interesting

Cons

Your work life completely depends on which team(BU) you are the part of. Few teams are execution heavy and even one non working day will pile up lot of activities.
