Pros

Very good talent pool across project groups. Very helpful environment. Good learning environment & great starting place for your career.

Cons

Very slow growth as most of the organizations are stagnant. Pay is very nominal to most of the employees except for the top most performers.

Pros

I have worked with world class engineers throughout my career while moving between development teams and business units several times as opportunities occurred. Compensation has been reasonable and long term contribution is regcognized and rewarded. Lots of good people with an environment to learn and grow. Overall an excellent place to work.

Cons

Software development has never been highly regarded. It is more a means to an end to deliver hardware instead of a value adder to product lines. Not much focus on how to make products easier to use and incorporate into customer designs.
