Pros

The management and people are very open minded and as long as you reach your goals, you are pretty much self driven with constant challenge. You need to be very flexible as goals, obejctives, priorities, management, teams, organization are changing quite rapidly.TI provide great training and look first for potential and can help you develop your skills.

Cons

Very challenging environment with tough deadlines, a lot of fire work, tough objectives. It can burn you out and consume you entirely.

Pros

If you are willing to give more hours to meet deadlines, they will keep rewarding you until you continue doing so.

Cons

Too much work pressure. You'll be kept on your toes almost always. Moreover, you'll be pitted against your co-workers and continuously compared with them.
