Pros

Great place for hardware engineers, silicon designers, especially those skilled in analog. Good compensation and benefits package. Great people to work with. Flexible working hours for engineers.

Cons

Software engineering is underdeveloped discipline. The mindset is that hardware can sell itself. Software serves to just demo hardware.

Pros

Good in working environment and benefit wise, even with a sports complex.

Cons

Demanding (certain Dept.) that causes stress. High expectations, strict managers and loads of task that employees hardly utilize the sports complex. Hardly achive balance between work and life, some employees even stay in the office/plants for more than 12 hours.
