Pros

TI is a big semiconductor company allowing variety of opportunities. It does a fair job on aspect of work-life balance for employ from flexible work schedule, benefit, mother's room, diversity, etc.

Cons

TI strategy is driven more and more by sales, operation and profit. There has been too often and too many changes that cause instability and therefore high attrition rate now.

Pros

TI is a financially stable corporation. The company is able to keep reinventing itself making it very competitive firm in the semiconductors' industry.

Cons

There should be improvements in the Work/Life balance. There is a lot of pressure on the Manufacturing team in the fabs. The personnel in the Wafer Fabs are very productive. I believe we ask a lot more out of the few employees than what was asked in the past.
