Pros

Huge variety of jobs: semiconductor Manufacturing and Engineering, Finance and Operations, Facilities Engineering, Worldwide Procurement and Logistics, Business Operations, Program Management.

Cons

Because it's a 24/7/365 worldwide business, there is no end to the work and the job, though exciting, never ends. Work/Life balance rarely seems to be in favor of life.

Pros

Good learning opp. Will get you some experience out of school. Lots to learn in different areas. Very global and will provide you the opp as well.

Cons

The company is very bottom line oriented. Pay isn't the greatest, but not bad. Can be slow to embrace change. Fairly young workforce.
