Pros

Company Culture: Company encourages creative involvement of every employee. There is a constant push to improve processes - to make processes more efficient and not accept things as is Great work/life balance (of course depends on the type of role you are in) Flexibility in work schedule as far as ability to work from home Great benefits for top performers - options, RSUs etc.

Cons

Base salary increases are nominal Artificial diversity being created in management roles (does not appear to be based on talent)

Pros

- Sychophant management - Managers try to exploit workers down the line

Cons

- More you try to do a good job- more you be rewarded with grunt work and 'overtime work' except there is no overtime - Other companies Samsung, HITACHI and every other microchip maker leave them in the dust. - Adding a tiny new feature to an existing chip- or 1 mw less power doesn't usher in innovation- wake up and smell the fertilizer.

Pros

Good place to learn about corporate culture. Some opportunity to move between orgs to gain experience. Decent work from home policy.

Cons

Compensation is average at best. Senior roles are hard to come by if you aren't on the fast track shortly after joining.
