      Pros

      Good salary and benefits. Lots of stuff to do and learn for new engineer. If you are fresh from college, good place to work. But if you look for long term career, you should not work for TI.

      Cons

      This company managers are very politic. They have very little respect for employee. If you are not good at people skills you will not survive long. Good at technical only will not survive long either. TI had a clear history of laying off people.
