Pros

Benefits were great, offered a nice annual profit sharing bonus, were extremely conservative on their spending budget

Cons

No employee long term incentive, don't value tenured employees, always looking for ways to cut costs. The IT teams are extremely siloed and see the IT department as a cost center, not an investment. HR has no communication skills to their employees.

Pros

Owns their fabs and foundries. Opportunities to work in many types of end equipment.

Cons

Reluctant to hire from outside leads to less new ideas. Big and slow moving, not always able to pivot quickly. Lack of positions outside of Texas.

Pros

excessive work and you can learn things

Cons

Managers are allowed to use any way to treat their members. Reporting to HR is not a good way as HR will only tell you to be positive and accept all happened. I got mentally and physically illed and almost suicide.
