Pros

If you’re bought into the strategies of corporate America you’ll enjoy this job. If you want a management role that does not emphasize team member growth TI is perfect for you.

Cons

Management does not search for and value each employee’s unique skills, they look for robots that do what they’re told. Visibility is more important to management than impact on customers.
