Pros

Pays well and good people to work with.

Cons

They are stuck in legacy type culture and I am afraid they don’t realize they need to change especially around their obsession with cost. The place is barely being held together. If they lose a few key people, it’s going to be bad. They have had a virtual monopoly on some parts for years and they need to listen to suggestions from people who have been outside their system.

Pros

Strong focus on innovation and cutting-edge semiconductor technology. Excellent work-life balance with flexible work culture. Opportunities to work on global projects and collaborate with top engineers. Competitive compensation and benefits package. Supportive environment for learning and career growth, especially for fresh graduates.

Cons

Limited visibility in strategic decision-making compared to global headquarters. Some roles may involve repetitive tasks with slower growth trajectory.
