Pros

NTD$30 discount in meal per day. Regular office time. Colleagues are friendly.

Cons

TITL IT leaders or manager are not good in management. They use computer and chair for classification people, not what your job need. One of colleagues, his eyes got problem while working, he sees double images and need to put his face near 13" laptop screen in 10 cm. Then finally he got a bigger LCD. But he is in LOA now and his eyes hardly to recover. Manager or leaders still won't give you bigger screen unless your eyes have specific problem.

Pros

One of the few companies left in America whom actually have semiconductor foundry. You get to learn silicon hands on.

Cons

It is very difficult to fix mistakes once silicon is cast. Work-around solutions will not fix the problems. It is chasing-your-tail problem.

Pros

They are good to their employees. Great pay. Great co-workers.

Cons

Upper Management style is to re-org or layoff. After a major layoff I went through 2 re-orgs a year for two years then was finally let go myself. A year later they had yet another layoff and re-org.
