Unethical management damages brand and market opportunity

Product has brand recognition in market Product has capability but is no longer as well differentiated against competitors Management will do anything for a deal Most of the people are genuinely good

Cons

Management is incompetent and when placed under pressure simply fire subordinates to give the appearance of 'taking action' Staff are treated unethically and expected to do things that damage customer relationships There is literally no strategy beyond 'lather, rinse and repeat' of the existing customer base The incessant turnover of reps and their 'squeeze the customer attitude' burns out customers and makes reference selling difficult. APAC management treats Australia with disdain, despite it being the largest market in APAC

Great benefits for US company. By far one of the best benefits packages on the market that most people will come across. German based company Good people

Cons

German based leadership is disconnected. The business as a whole is shockingly dysfunctional, and this is mainly due to leadership. Teams are also not set up for success when it comes to knowing how to collaborate cross-functionally Treats certain groups of employees far better than others, especially in a post-acquisition environment
