Product has brand recognition in market Product has capability but is no longer as well differentiated against competitors Management will do anything for a deal Most of the people are genuinely good
Cons
Management is incompetent and when placed under pressure simply fire subordinates to give the appearance of 'taking action' Staff are treated unethically and expected to do things that damage customer relationships There is literally no strategy beyond 'lather, rinse and repeat' of the existing customer base The incessant turnover of reps and their 'squeeze the customer attitude' burns out customers and makes reference selling difficult. APAC management treats Australia with disdain, despite it being the largest market in APAC
