Pros

None of the topic above.

Cons

The company encourages to be healthier just by asking to sick a little bit less. Not more than 9 days per year. Benefits everyone, easier resource management, just do not forget to plan it in ahead.

Pros

People in US are great. Lots of team events and things to bring people together. The US leadership is great.

Cons

The management in Germany is not on the same page as the US team. Takes far too long for information to reach the sales team. The staff in the US are great, although the HR team could be much better. They get rid of good people with never any explanation to staff. The VP is great and coordinates well with the sales teams.
