Pros

Free candy and red bull Birthday celebrations Themed events for special occassions like Cinco de mayo Free money for good sales weeks on a reloadable PEX card Summer and winter parties where everyone parties hard Unbeatable PTO and free health insurance Incentives for sales to do well like gift cards and technology Most people are friendly

Cons

Participation awards are given out every morning at the company huddle - they have a dj and everything and name MVPs ( the same people with similar numbers) They make people play ridiculous games every Friday and often times it feels like it's for the amusement of the execs People are smoking (not just cigarrettes) in the parking lot and in the office - with vape pens - every day Nearly everyone parties and it shows - a lot of people come to work drunk and hungover then go to a local bar down the street (even during work hours) There's no real strategy to the business model - except to inflate the numbers It's trying to be a Silicon Valley workplace with Razr scooters, rap battles, dj booths, and corn hole (other games too) ... but almost every team hates it The President runs around the office intimidating everyone shouting about numbers and birthing brainchild ideas that need to be done yesterday None of the exec team lives in Clearwater - they all commute from different states (Arizona, California, Colorado) on a weekly/biweekly schedule The company (in Clearwater) is run by consultants who show up once a month to check in and do a hip-hip-hurray cheer (and their opinion matters most) Open office seating where HR sits out in the open - also you can't report anything because one of them is an office gossip and everyone will know in about an hour No real sales tactics - they discount everything even though the product is great No room for advancement unless you're just starting out in your career

Pros

Great Benefit Casual atmosphere Salary acceptable

Cons

I had the opportunity to work for this company. Please note this review is based on observation only; not the fact that I am a former employee. This is a new company with a lot potentials, but needs a lot of housekeeping. it is a casual atmosphere, but don't get too comfortable. if they don't like you, they will come up with something to get you fired. Favoritism is real at TeamViewer. managers and most employees spend more time gossiping, gripping rather spend time with real assignments such as coaching, self development. The favoritism takes the root of this place which impact the production and promoting wrong people for the job. The daily$$$ or numbers cannot be the only assurance in a company. The new place looks like a big daycare inside a computer lab. Managers are out of touch on what's going on. They tell you one thing and do another. There's no filter. People say whatever and do whatever they want. If you are one of not so likable person, then you are in BIG problem. As long as you sell everyday and come to work drunk, sleepy on the job, or high. You are a great worker!!! The product sell itself by 75% and the 25% done by phone calls that's pretty much the business there... still they are complaining about not getting paid enough. .. I have nothing against my ex co-workers. Again, this was my observation. Overall, if you are looking for a job to pay your bills this is may be the right place. But if you are looking for a career with commitment, to get better over time and advance to higher levels.Think again, or keep looking...

Pros

- Great insurance - Great colleagues (although this might just be the trauma bond)

Cons

In the almost 4 years I worked here, when the new VP of sales (the CURRENT VP) took over, everything changed. Being a top performer, dedicated and hard working employee does not matter to them anymore. I witnessed and experienced unacceptable situations in the workplace once he took over. The only people there that are still happy are brand new and didn’t listen to reviews. The culture is absolutely ruined thanks to the current VP. I personally left on my own accord for a role with more freedom, more money, and fully remote. I’m so serious please listen to the reviews. It seems great right at the beginning and then you see the truth.
