Too much stress and micro-management. People at Sales and Customer Support burn out after a couple of years or so. If you are not on the phone, you better have an exceptional excuse.

No strategy for Enterprise Sales and toxic culture

Fiscal 2020 was great for TeamViewer

Cons

With the management changes in October the situation for Enterprise Account Executives is getting worse. Sales quotas have been increased by more than 15% compared to last year despite the difficult economic environment. Additionally you need to sell immature IoT products to get your commission. There is only limited marketing support and you will not get any leads from them. Sales processes are designed for medium/small business customers and there is no intention to change this for enterprise sales purposes. The board has a McKinsey background and people in middle management are just figure heads. The human at all is nothing to be valued there. You are just a number. If you're leaving nobody cares, while you're there, nobody cares.
