The company does not people into focus at all. The Human Resources literally don't care for things like accommodation and paper work for the employees.

New Technology and some very good engineers

everything else most notably the bad management. half the new comers leave after one year. favouritism between colleagues creating unstable environment. very valuable old timers left abruptly causing a huge issue with management pretending nothing happened verbal abuse is normal inside

- TeamViewer's name and logo on your CV

Cons

- Bonuses are very hard to attain - Outdated CRM - Outdated ERP - Bad phoning system - Office very far from Stuttgart - Salaries are actually low for Germany, you can earn more in other companies that are not as big or famous than TeamViewer - The company only care about delivering value to their shareholders, they don't care about delivering value to their customers - Sales Managers are not promoted because they have the skills to be good managers with smart ideas and ability to train their sales people, but rather because they were in the company since many years or because they were top performers (doesn't make you a good manager)
