It was a dream workplace when everything was going well, billlings were increasing, company was doing great financially. However everything changed with a new CEO on board who was pushing top down. Upon his arrival this workplace become a place where management refused to take responsibility and created a culture of blame. Where you were blamed when you were supposed to be supported. Other than this this has become a culture where people could get promoted because they were someones favorite not because of the merit.

Feedback culture is weak or nonexistent; leadership doesn't listen to employees. Career development is minimal unless you aggressively push for it yourself. High turnover due to lack of structure and motivation from upper leadership.
