Pros

Solid team, good communication and knowledge sharing, everybody looks out for everyone.

Cons

Sometimes stuck playing the middle man to customers and developers. Are not given any time to learn new programs or functions before being required to support them.

Pros

- International team and nice office setup - Good place to get basic SaaS sales experience

Cons

TeamViewer has a strong product, but if you want to grow your skills and learn how to work properly, this isn’t the right place. People often cut corners or cheat to meet targets — you end up learning how to survive the system, not how to sell well. Not a good long-term environment. - Sales culture is toxic - Unethical tactics are used and tolerated to hit targets - What the company says it stands for doesn’t match how things actually run - Onboarding inconsistent with real work life - Salary is low compared to market average for the workload
