Pros

Best remote control software on the planet. International workforce. Great commute in downtown Clearwater. Free beverages in the kitchen.

Cons

Very low pay. No commissions. They prefer new graduates so they can mold them and pay them the minimum and the new graduates take it so they can gain experience. Without commission incentives, selling the same thing to the same customers can become mind numbingly boring. You can work on a team where your teammates could be surfing the web, playing games on their phone or just not there at all and no matter how hard you work, you will never be able to make a single dollar more. It is a boring, cliquish place to work. Management seems to not be aware of the level of slacking that goes on in every department at all levels.

Pros

Amazing team spirit-everyone is here for the same reason and builds each other up. First-class products, world-wide recognition. Amazing staff diversity-more than 10 countries represented in my office and four languages spoken. AMAZING benefits- I pay $9 per paycheck for health and dental for me and my family.

Cons

Lots of changes happening currently which are exciting but sometimes makes things a little confusing. Nothing else negative, really.
