Pros

I have worked for TeamViewer for quite some time in the office in Clearwater, FL. We have had massive growth in employees and office space. Yes, some growing pains happened. But we are working thru them. And I can honestly say that in the big picture TeamViewer one of the best companies that I have ever worked for.

Cons

Sometimes management implements office policies that they, themselves, do not follow. Sometimes there seems to be some personality conflicts between certain employees and no one addresses this issue - they simply ignore it and hope that it resolves itself - which it does not. And sometimes certain employees are favored above other employees. The favored employees' suggestions/requests are usually implemented and the other employees suggestions/requests are dismissed/ignored.

Pros

Great Team Undergoing changes -> completely new upper management which is highly motivated and has very high ambitions Very high quality software, which almost sells itself If you have shown you are motivated, you get more and more responsibilities and a salary increase almost every year. Last year there was a hefty bonus for all employees. Moving from a start-up to a professional mentality

Cons

Promotions seemed very random before. With new management this seems to be better (this is not definitve though) When in smaller teams, you would have to change department to move up, otherwise not possible to achieve promotion -> pretty logical though No comission No 13th Month or Vacation money (pretty standard in Germany) Some languages are very much in need of extra manpower, which is not acknowledged by management because of lower turnover in these countries

Pros

If you are interested in working with a great product and an even better team, TeamViewer is for you. A culture of motivated and fun teams make for a great environment. New upper management is highly motivated to improve the company's pain points and moving the company into the right direction.

Cons

Company is currently under some growing pains. Moving from a mentality of start-up to a large company can require a lot of flexibility in the team.
