Pros

Open culture, multi-cultural teams. Depending on position, work-life balance easily possible. Challenging tasks in a company that is still on a growth path after so many years. A lot of opportunities in the changes triggered by senior management, a lot of experienced people coming in to help us continue our success story.

Cons

Change is overwhelming people now and then. Some deficiencies with communication and with handling negative employee feedback. Lack of professionalism throughout all departments creates huge workload. Some historical challenges: Salary levels, benefit programs HR policies need to be adapted to market standards and according to the size of the company. HR and people development programs need to be introduced and become part of the culture.

Great Health Benefit Good Pay rate for sales position Great atmosphere

Cons

I worked for this company for a short period of time. Regardless of my separation, I think the company is a great. There are a lot of areas of opportunities that need attention. It is unfortunate; managers and employees are spending time fighting over reviews instead of focus on what's really important for the company. I think some of the issues I read need to be addressed/ discussed within the company. People often make remarks about their pay grade. If you really think that you are underpay go to school, add more skills, or change job. Period! Some may have a legitimate argument, but there is a way to handle problems. Management and other employees are still learning. Hopefully, they can change things around a bit in order to keep good employee not just go with the assumption. Regardless of the atmosphere, people need to be treated as a place of work. I have seen a lot and heard it all during my time there. Certain behaviors can send a bad signal to new people. Meaning employees and managers have to set a good example for others to follow. Overall, this can be a good place, but need a little touch up. Hopefully things change a little bit to make this place a great place to work. People talk about favoritism there. This may be true, but my review is not base on opinions but facts. I don't like to judge or quickly go with the assumption of something that may not be true. I think this is a great place with a lot of opportunity. People are so spoiled there, and cant focus on doing the right thing.
