Pros

Good work environment, laid back but changing rapidly, great benefits, spiffs are getting better, team outings and functions, drinks, fruit and coffee provided, pong, future outlook strong

Cons

Pay structure has gotten better, more changes on the way, still lower at present, amp up the recurrent training, need internal systems upgrade, product needs more payment options

Pros

- Benefits (if the HR does their job) - The bathroom (when is clean and you are allowed to use) - A couple good people still remain here - Nice Ping Pong table

Cons

This is probably the worse company I have ever worked for. Terrible work environments that take the focus away from the big picture. Micro management and too much upper management interaction . The crap rolling down hill type of attitude. Lack of training, education and leadership. Gossip, favoritism, and politics. Heavy office politics, poor management, managers take the credits and give the blames, awful performance review, warnings every day, no way to move up in career development, fake and useless career development. You just move if you have something really "special" with the big boss. HR is not human and they keep the doors close 24/7, but they will answer your e-mail after 1 month. They're just awful people with no ethics or integrity. NO REMOTE JOB!!! So, they do not believe in their product. Managers have no education or respect. We have no idea why they are managers if they have no skills neither experience, for example, the hot baby manager (from kindergarden to a management position with zero skills). What??? Yes!!! Salary is way less than what reps make in other industries or with other competitors, poor commission structure (when you reach the goal, they change it or they manipulate the numbers), unrealistic expectations, quota doesn't take into account your territory. Spend more time doing pointless tasks than actually getting to do the job you signed up for- selling. Negative management, lack of support, boss uses fear tactics and threats instead of motivation. Overworked, underpaid. Yes, we are afraid of the threats of the managers, and we are looking for jobs. We do not know what will happen to the company, other companies, part of the family, are closing. Current managers only blame Germany. Always!!! The great leaders and good professionals simply left the company without having another job, including the CEO, CFO, and others in Germany. We have no support and we do not know what we need to do. Every day is a new surprise, they move people from their current jobs with no option. The Daily Phrase: You accept this or you're out! We are lost. Only scams and strange things among these managers (only titles, because there is no leader in this company today). What will happen to this company if they do not remove the VP and ALL their managers and seniors? We really do not know. Very sad situation.
