Pros

Free coffee, refreshments, fruits, healthy insurance, paid training, paid vacation, no dressing code, nice individual desks and structure build with love and care by the Germany’ office.

Cons

A new management took place, taking away the employees pride to work for a great company. They offered a new no reachable commission plan to the sales teams. They started to pressure their employees and managers to raise their revenue numbers in an ir realistic and unhealthy manner, so they can sale the company faster. They took away the good things of Teamviewer. Besides all the above, Teamviewer is a favoritism company. You need to be friends to the managers if you want to grow at this company, or reach any favor because they don’t recognized how goodbyes and professional you’re and how much knowledge or experience you have. Bad place to work and that’s the reason why I’m no longer there.
