Pros

10% stackable discount, insurance offered for long term, full time employees, very flexible scheduling, friendly work environment, and very accepting of all people including people of color and LGBTQ. (in my experience.)

Cons

40 hours a week can't be guaranteed, as hours can be (and often are) cut due to low sales.

Pros

The pay is better then some companies in the area.

Cons

You get a lot of vacation time but are never able to use it. The work life balance has disappeared over the years and more and more hours are required of you. Our distribution Center is not diverse anymore and they continue to hire less diverse Managers with every new hire.

Pros

Flex time; work from home option

Cons

Unorganized and clueless seems to be the way to get ahead. Benefits have gotten worse each year. Older workers are targeted with bad reviews in order to get rid of them.
