Pros

Great place to learn new things. Leadership is extremely supportive and believe in '50-day learning program' in a year Excellent work life balance with benefits like work from home when necessary, working from remote location if there is a need and justification. Great benefits like insurance, free food, transport. Flexibility of choosing the tool which one wants to learn / use. Good opportunity of learning open source technologies. Top management and leadership are extremely supportive and knows exactly what they are doing. They are the stud folks!

Cons

Very limited growth opportunities in mid to senior levels, specially at Lead / Senior Manager / Director positions. Best projects usually go to the Minneapolis / Sunnyvale teams. The leftovers come to India. Hence, recognition at a Target level majorly happens for the work done outside India. Most of the leaders are driven more by perception and less by facts. People are not very supportive of new ideas / initiatives when it comes to actual implementation.
