Pros

Depends on your contract! If you are on a uk contract then great benefits, ok wages if working overseas, good company management and company ethos.

Cons

Company is massively trying to localise contracts of personnel, meaning much lower wages (try 1500 turkish Lira a month - less than £300 a month for 5.5 days a week), and none of the travel concessions or benefits available to the uk contracted staff. Terrible.

Pros

Fun, performance driven, discount on products

Cons

Poor basic wage and bonus structure. Your individual bonus is determined on the teams performance, so usually you will end up with no bonus.
