Pros

Incredible job role. Very varied work. Lots of customer service and welcome meetings, but you meet all kinds of different people and truly enjoy the work. Hardly ever felt like actual work, and you would get some incredible free or discounted experiences.

Cons

Intense. 6 day working week and very little time away from work or your colleagues. Some serious issues in some of the management, and often saw a culture of bullying. So much of the work is sales-focused, so if you aren't hitting target, you won't be enjoying your time. Since the sales are monitored in teams, managers can turn nasty very quickly if you are considered to be letting the team down.

Pros

On time payments, the majority of positions don't need long working hours, very good opportunity for young professionals to make a great start.

Cons

Sometimes there is an old fashion business mentality and micromanagement. Luck of a consistent hr strategy for people development, Sometimes stucks with hierarchy just to show the power of the position. Luck of clear plans for developement & raises. Not very attractive for experienced professionals to join the team.
