      Good commission in peak seasons, opportunities for educationals, good travel discounts if you can get the time off

      Cons

      Rarely get Saturdays off, Sunday working in peak seasons, management good but lack people skills, gets repetitive selling same destinations

      Pros

      Really enjoyed the culture within the team. Felt that there was adequate support of tour ops in resort in terms of compensation, housing, etc.

      Cons

      Didn't feel as though people higher up in the hierarchy were all that bothered about you personally. Seemed as though some managers were only interested in their targets.
