A people centric, fun place to work but a slow company to innovative being non digital first.

Great benefits like bonus schemes, travel concessions and private healthcare. Very diverse projects and deliverables within digital.

Cons

Legacy systems still impact progress on his quickly TUI innovates within Digital. Ultimately Product and Digital Product need to be more aligned. Often prioritisation is not customer first.
