Staff are friendly, office is wonderful

No work life balance, in other words you won't have a live. You even have to work on weekends.

Friendly working environment, good colleagues and knowledgeable managers, more annual leave as compared to other firms in the same industry, a lot of international clients which allowed you to deal with different persons in different country.

Cons

No bonus, increment is so minimum, promotion is too slow and favoritism.
