      Run and don't turn back

      Pros

      Great colleagues (mostly). Other than that...

      Cons

      Management on country level is incompetent, which causes lots of issues. Lots of bullying, harassment in different forms. Unfortunately due to lack of proper communication channels, upper management is unaware of this (and instead of fixing issues - creates more). Friendly advice, if you don't have iron nerves and elephant skin don't even consider taking a job in TMF. Personally, happy to be out.

We take note of the issues you have raised, one of our core values is respect and we embody that in our conduct towards clients and our employees. We have an Internal Communications team that facilitates communication between management and employees and we have also conducted employee surveys annually to get feedback on how we can better ourselves.

      Pros

      - Huge clients pool - Global Presence

      Cons

      - Full of unprofessional and unethical people. Full of blame games. I wonder how some people reach to their current position - this is a complete mystery. - Lack of trust and stressful situation. People are working paycheck to paycheck as there is lack of clear focus among management and the team. - Management team lacks basic manner and they shout at their sub-ordinates and show no respect towards them. Managers make inappropriate gestures (such as middle finger) towards the employees. Issues reported to cluster management team are ignored. - You are asked to fear the boss. - You will work with some of the most incompetent managers in your life. At some point, you will feel as if you are talking to a wall. - To conclude, you will hate each and every day spent inside this office. You can do better than this. Blind pick any company, it will be better than this one. - Last but not least, there is a huge turnover and many positions remain vacant for very long period of time. By the time they find someone for vacant post, someone else will leave creating another vacant post. Headcount is less than 10.

We strive to create a positive and dynamic work environment and will not take misbehaviour lightly. While the local management in TMF Finland is relatively new in its place, we have taken actions to improve how we run the business and the career experience we offer. No decisions were made lightly and was preceded by extensive discussions in the management team. At the same time, our team is also expanding as we continue to grow positively.

      TMF Group is always looking to improve the career experience for our employees. We provide communication channels for everyone to share their input on what we can do better – all of these inputs are taken into account and relayed to the management for us to action. We have also launched internal initiatives supporting merit-based career progressions and encourages internal mobility to the many career roles we have to offer.
