Pros

Dress Code- Formal - Staff act in a professional manner. That's it..

TMF Group never look to improve the career experience for employees. Their communication channels are non-existant. Software is a disaster. Be prepared to be swamped in work as it takes forever to recruit additional staff as has to be approved by senior mgt. in a distant land. If they say they clear lines of communication exist and are open to everyone, then they obviously don't listen to staff. Management never take input into account- no action taken by management - not a good result for client(s). All good suggestions are filed under "feck that". Merit based career progression is based on Management and seriously is compromised if not biased (check out other reviews sure). They do not encourage internal mobility - if they say they do - then perhaps they are referring to a time when you hit OAP age.

At the moment, TMF Group is undergoing some management changes and we are more than focused on ensuring we improve based on input from employees and clients.

Pros

None, therefore I resigned some time ago.

Cons

No communication by senior management to staff. Many staff leaves. Bad environemt. TMF is the only company in Luxembourg that forbids employees on conge maternite to visit the office to show their new baby to collegues. Kids are not welcome ! Why not support collegues who work as friends ? Is this not good for the company ? Shame on you. Values ?

We have established an Internal Communications team that facilitates communication between the senior management and employees. At the same time, frequent updates and employee surveys are also conducted to ensure that employees are able to have a say on the business. TMF Group in Luxembourg does allow employees to visit the office with their children with the term that the employee informs the management in advance as there are clients that might be around the office and in interest of protecting client confidentiality at the same time.
