Pros

Dress Code- Formal - Staff act in a professional manner. That's it..

TMF Group never look to improve the career experience for employees. Their communication channels are non-existant. Software is a disaster. Be prepared to be swamped in work as it takes forever to recruit additional staff as has to be approved by senior mgt. in a distant land. If they say they clear lines of communication exist and are open to everyone, then they obviously don't listen to staff. Management never take input into account- no action taken by management - not a good result for client(s). All good suggestions are filed under "feck that". Merit based career progression is based on Management and seriously is compromised if not biased (check out other reviews sure). They do not encourage internal mobility - if they say they do - then perhaps they are referring to a time when you hit OAP age.

None, can’t believe I worked here

Cons

All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
