      Pros

      - Friendly environment (There were no strict regulations) - Supportive mentors - Clear promotion path - The workload is not too much or stressful

      Cons

      - Requires workers to integrate into the Team's culture (Not necessarily a disadvantage, however, because the manager here emphasizes building a team like a family, promoting close relationships and attachment between everyone in the Team at intimate relationship level. At the same time, participation in the company's extracurricular activities is also emphasized here. For some people, the above requirements may not be suitable) - They mainly employ people who have Law background. Still, because the jobs revolve around Business Licensing and TMF is not a law firm. Therefore, the jobs are not focus exclusively on legal advisory and you might not be allowed to give legal advices. If you intend to become a lawyer or do legal consulting activities, working here long term may limit your opportunities if you want to switch to law firms.
